ACCESS TO MAJOR PLAYERS WITHIN LIFE SCIENCES

The database behind the ScanBalt yellow pages is called the North European Life Science Directory. It is operated and maintained by ScanBalt™ a not for profit association for the regional clusters and networks in ScanBalt BioRegion.

The ScanBalt Yellow Pages includes more than 3500 actors in Life Science, R&D or Support: Companies, Research institutes, Hospitals, Clinics and Universities. 

The directory covers ScanBalt BioRegion countries:
- Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
- Poland, North Germany, North West Russia

Background
The information is derived from mappings produced in several projects, funded by the EU and the Nordic Innovation Centre (NICe). The main partners behind were the following projects and their collaborators:

ScanBalt™ has been instrumental to the merger of the mapping produced by the projects.

Our Operation
ScanBalt and our members will include the continued development of North European Life Science Directory in all relevant EU proposals. This will ensure a continuous strengthening of the directory and ScanBalt ensures that mapping-efforts are not duplicated. This is the most a cost-effective use of the resources.
